This is a reimagining of an older Hoocho bucket, primarily for those of us with smaller print beds than what his newer designs have defaulted to (Bambu snob! :D). On a 220x220x220 printer, this provides close to double the media volume compared to a Hydroland Hoocho bucket and nearly triple the volume of the original Hoocho bucket.
I have taken some design cues from the original Hoocho model(s), but have developed it entirely from scratch.
The source file is available at onshape here (https://cad.onshape.com/documents/4f3dc80a0ccf998b2bf73fc1/w/e79c99187d793f34f9e040eb/e/4309cc061d92bd909d1cf6e5). Easy parametric variables can be configured for most attributes of the bucket; XYZ print volume, corner radius, wall thickness, lip width, net cup, RGGS size. Those variables also transfer automatically to the lid.
I made some additional design details to improve the performance of printing lots of overhangs. Ensure you dry your filament for best results. PETG is the best choice to use (or some other weather resistant filament). No supports required, but you may want to add some bed glue as the shrinkage forces/tension can be quite high.
I've included STLs for a 220x220x220 volume (my AD5M) using an Australian rectangular downpipe (100x50mm) as the nutrient gutter/channel. I have been able to print 2x buckets and lids from a single spool of filament.
