This requires an initial CAD step (or a slicer without repositioning) due to the Lumina Converter licensing (no mesh modifications are required! Purely slicer operations).

In CAD (e.g. Fusion 360), import the Lumina Converter model (bottom, body) and this model. The coupler should be nicely positioned and scaled to the body and bottom. Export all to your fave 3d print file. This step could probably be done in a slicer, YMMV. Note the "body" file actually is the body and the "top" lid- either split them up here, or "cut" them apart in your slicer.

Import the body+coupler and bottom+coupler into your slicer. For the bottom coupler, insert a negative cylinder with the LED's radius and height as desired. Make a similar negative cylinder for the body's coupler. This was omitted from the model since folks may have different radii.

Import the body_inner into your slicer. "Cut" off the closed end of the inner model (to avoid needing awkward supports), then align it inside the body+coupler- this is the funkiest step. This will be the "glass windows" of the prop. Make sure the inner model is not clipping outside the body and is centered decently.

I suggest "cutting" the top's loops and making a stronger one. A cylinder with negative cylinder works nicely.

Now print the body+inner+coupler, the top, and the bottom+coupler as three parts. The top is printed separately so you don't have unremoveable supports inside the prop. I used organic supports for all and they came out nicely. Glue the body and top together, and the bottom can now fit your LED and securely twist into the body. I sanded the "glass panels" a little to help make a smokey glass look.
