Hat Making Conformer V.1

This is the V1 and a VERY rudimentary version of a hat making conformer. I am not an expert at 3d Modeling so this was my first stab at it. As a DIY enthusiast I enjoy getting into projects and just can't justify spending tons of money on a 3D printed conformer when I could probably design it myself. I have yet to print this design as it does not fit on my build plate so I am working on a split design for the rings. I have included the parts separately and the whole model as one incase you would like to modify it yourself! If you make it or have feedback let me know if the comments and I will work to make it better! I designed this around my 60cm hat block so i'm guessing it should work from between 57 and 62ish? Also the holes are made for m3 screws and standard wing nuts to tighten.

Update 8/12/2026: I have not yet updated the files but on my first test print the holes were a bit small for a M3 screw so I reamed them out a bit and Id recommend a M3x30 to give room for the wing nuts. I also scaled down the pegs to 99% which helped them to slide better. At 100% they were too snug to slide like i would want them to!
