The 'headband' that comes supplied with the Nb tactical facemask is rubbish (in my opinion). I've designed a clip that allows you to create your own headband that securely sits without the need for a gator or balaclava.
It copies the principle that swimming goggles use, one point of contact, split elastic, one band over the crown of the head and one under and around the back of the neck
Other parts used:
The screw hole version uses 5mm M2 bolts
Print orientation:
It's quite important for strength to print the tab in the horizontal orientation with supports. See image or the 3MF file.
I've used PLA meta and it's held up for at least one game day.
I'm not sure any other print settings matter too much but I used 100% infill as it's such a small part
