Needed a clean way to organize my endmills and came up with this tray that maximizes the upper drawer on the 10" Husky Mini Toolbox and it uses less than 64 grams of filament.
Features (21) standard 0.5" (13mm) wide endmill spaces: (15) Long cases up to 3.72" (94.5mm) and (6) Short cases up to 2.75" (70mm).
This will work great in any drawer and it may fit other mini toolbox brands, please let me know if you try it out!
Printing:
The design is optimized for the 0.6mm nozzle with 1.2mm walls. It will work with the 0.4mm nozzle as well.
Make sure to use the Arachne type for the walls so the rivet cutout slices properly:
Installation:
Depending on the tolerances of your toolbox, it you may be able to slide the tray right in with no issues.
If its tight or you jumped the gun and loaded up all the endmills like I did, you can remove the draw by pressing the left lever up and the right lever down:
Then slide in the tray from the back at an angle:
