Originally I've made this bracket for Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 240 to fit into Sliger CX4710i rack case alongside 140mm intake fan mounted on a similar bracket (sliger only supports 120mm fans).
I needed to move it around 20-30mm to the right (colliding w/ 140mm intake) and ~45mm from the front - the USB front panel & power button are in the way.
I've uploaded fusion360 project (fully parametrized) so you can adjust the offset to your needs.
