Gridfinity Bin - Autodesk Fusion (.f3d) Parametric Files

Autodesk Fusion models/files (.f3d) that use parametrics to generate Grifinity Basic Bins.

To use, open files in Autodesk Fusion and adjust the parameters (fx) as desired.

A "margin" or "boarder" parameter is included. This will allow the bin size to be adjusted to accommodate sizes that are not easily divisible by 42 mm. Which is a handy feature when trying to fill out an existing drawer.

Note if magnets, will be used, you will need to define the diameter and depth/thickness of the magnets. Default is a 6.0 mm Dia. x 2.0 mm Deep/Thick. Maximum magnet diameter is limited to 9.0 mm and a maximum thickness of 4.75 mm.

Material: PLA (but feel free to use what you want)

    Layer Height: 0.16 mm or 0.20 mm

    Nozzle: 0.4 mm  (mostly for definition)

    Number of Walls: 2

    Infill Density: 10%

    Top & Bottom Thickness: ~0.8 mm or 4-5 layers

    Wall Generator:  Classic

    Order of Walls: outer/inner

    Supports: Normal (auto)

Use an Outer Brims or Mouse Ears at the corners. This will help minimize or eliminate corner lift of or warping.
