I couldn’t find any 2D templates for the Bersa Thunder 380 other than the CC version. I bought a small security box and an EVA foam seating pad from Walmart. My plan was to print two templates, sandwich the foam pad between them, and use the templates as guides to cut the foam to match the shape.
I placed the two templates on top of each other and drilled a couple of holes to help keep them aligned, then ran small bolts through them. It’s not perfect, but it turned out much better than what I would have done freehand.
The model should match the exact dimensions, so you may want to scale it up slightly. I left mine at the exact size, and it’s a snug fit.
I kept the template positioned toward the right side since I may add a cutout for a spare magazine later.
