While technically a complete remodel, I still wanted to mark this as a remix. I could not get the original model to print reliably and even if it somehow worked, it was not nearly strong enough to hold the pinlock thing without breaking. Fits an HJC RPHA 70 and probably other visors with a 5mm hole.
This remix splits up the model into two parts and connects them with a glued-in piece of steel. I used a 1.4 mm nail. It took me at least 10 attempts to get everything right so keep that in mind when printing this.
Different printers and different filament will change the dimensions. Edit the STEP file until everything fits the way it should.
Printed from transparent AzureFilm PETG with 0.2 mm nozzle and 0.08 mm layer height. PLA would probably work, although it might not withstand prolonged UV exposure. Printed on a MK4.
