I'm a big fan of the original G1 Transformers cartoon, however many of the characters I want to 3D print don't have models.
So I did it myself.
This figure uses a simple transforming base I designed that can be easily modified into whichever character I want. This particular model is my take on my personal favorite; Cliffjumper. Although his robot mode isn't exactly G1 accurate, I think this model can still stand as a decent adaptation of the character.
The transformation of this figure is really easy, taking only two steps; Folding up the head cover and moving the front of the car upward.
Due to the simplicity of the design, this model requires zero supports. On top of that, this model is a print in place.
