The 'Bar Stool Bumper' is designed to help protect my bar stool's metal piping and kitchen counter from impact and preserve both. Two versions are available depending on use case and ascetics.
Rigid Filament: The first version is for rigid filaments that provides a thinner profile but designed for less/minimal impacts.
Filament: PLA can work, but recommend at least PCTG as impact will occur along layer lines with default orientation.
Fill: 100% infill or at least 3 perimeters to achieve the same results.
Flex Filament: The second version is for flex filament designed to take more impacts (i.e. kids) but will stand out a little ascetically.
Filament: Recommend TPU 95 A for impact resistance.
Fill: 100% infill or at least 4 perimeters to achieve the same results.
Provided six inner part diameter sizes ranging from 10mm to 15mm depending on your use case. Size testing 3MF files projects provide 10 - 15 mm sizes with .6 nozzle at .32mm SPEED print settings printed in sequence if imported as project.
