Here's something small I put together on my quest to further learn CAD and how far I can push my printers. I'm currently exploring gears and threaded prints.
Printing
Material: PLA
Nozzle: 0.40 mm
First Layer: 0.2 mm
Following Layers: 0.15 mm
Perimeters: 2
Infill: 15%
Pattern: Gyroid
Supports: None
Assembly
Line up gears so they fully mesh on the same plane.
Place both gears at the same time onto the mounting posts.
Using a standard flat head screwdriver, screw down both screws. If resistance is noticed while screwing them in, slightly loosen that screw and then continue screwing down. Screws may need to be slightly loose to allow full mobility of the gears.
