Just looks like some ordinary whiteboard marker from your favorite office supply brand.
I measured a marker from our office, diameter of ~ 17 mm, length 140 mm. The marker is made of two objects, so the cap can be a different colour. Just make sure, that the other filament is same material.
For printing I suggest using the upright position, big nozzle (0,6 mm) and brim of 3-5 mm. I went with a layerheigt of .24 (Preset 0.24 mm Quality in bambu studio).
