This set of valve stem caps are numbered 1-5. These can be printed as a set and placed on the wheel that corresponds to the numbered TPMS monitor. This makes it easy to identify which tire may need more air.
I printed them using PETG and get many years of service. This is set to fit standard Schrader valve stems. Due to the fine thread pitch of the valve stems (0.305"-32), the body is printed as a slight taper. I cut an old bike tire valve stem with a hacksaw and then cleaned the edges up with a needle file to make an improvised tap. I threaded each cap onto this cut valve stem to thread it prior to installing on the vehicle.
These are set up to print with the numbers facing down by using the two extruders and a color change. This can be easily accomplished with a printer with only one extruder by following the instructions on this print.
I recommend a .25 or .4mm nozzle at max or else the numbers will not show with much detail.
The files are all on the same origin, so when you import a body and the corresponding number file it should prompt both to import together and in the correct position.

For a simpler print, the bodies could be printed without the number in place and would have a small relief showing the valve stem number, but would be much more difficult to see with no contrast.
