Muzata U109 LED Channel End Caps
Replacement end caps for the Muzata U109 Spotless LED Channel with Milky Arc Diffuser.
I designed these as replacement/additional end caps for the U109 aluminum LED channel. I initially modeled them on the parts that came with the channel. Then iterated the shape to follow the profile of the aluminum channel and curved diffuser. It uses a 5 mm deep section to fit into the end of the extrusion.
Two versions are included:
The solid variant is for end of LED channels.
The cable pass-through variant, includes an approximately 6 mm diameter hole, for routing wiring through the end of the channel.

Compatibility
These were modeled specifically around the U109 profile. Other Muzata channels may have similar dimensions but are not necessarily compatible.

Slicer: PrusaSlicer 2.9.6
Settings: Default slicer settings
Supports: None required
The models are small and print without supports. I printed them in PLA, but other materials should also work.
