These inserts are designed to clip onto the rim of a 5 gallon poultry fount water feeder to provide safe spots for the bees to get water. Two different heights of platforms account for possible varying water levels, and I have shortened the heights slightly since the pictures were taken so the water level should be closer to the top of the platforms.
There are two insert styles to account for the water container holding arms on four of the sides. I did different colors just because I was running low on black PLA and it has a nice symmetry about it. The clips for the rim are quite tight so you will need to apply a decent amount of force to snap them in place.
No need for added supports as the designed support will easily snap off leaving a clean overhang. Can also print with zero infill without issues.
