TFL Lean Knob
A single knob on a stable slab you lean into. TFL is small, superficial and awkward to reach with bodyweight on the floor.

Original design. Every dimension comes from the anatomy of the target tissue and a contact-pressure model (p = F / A), not from what looked good in CAD.
