Three files contain a nose cone for a 2-liter bottle rocket, fins, and a mounting anchor for a 4 or 8 string parachute. Make sure to use a silicone-based adhesive that won't compromise the soda bottle integrity. The nose cone fits over the 2-liter bottle and is held in place by friction - it will fall off after the rocket reaches its apogee and the parachute will deploy.
