I have a Wican Pro to let my home automation system get info from my car (mostly its charge state). Unfortunately on my model when plugged straight into the ODBII port is very easy to hit with the leg. I used a short cable to let me stick the Wican Pro over on the side of the foot wall, but over time the adhesive would repeatedly come loose.
Hence, this clip!
It holds the Wican Pro without any modifications to the device itself.
Requires 5 standard 2.5mm screws and 5 2.5mm hexagonal nuts. You probably have these lying around from other projects.
The clip can be spread apart with some gentle force and holds on fairly solid afterwards.
