I really like the model 395 clamps. I could not find a worktable to go with them, so I created this one.
The Clip part is designed to mount directly onto the base of the front mount of the clamps model, sharing the same (or slightly longer) mounting screws.
The table is designed to clip firmly onto the clip and to rest on the same block of wood to which the clamps are attached.
NOTES:
Because the clip is a tight fit, some may find it challenging to remove.
I slip one or two fingers under the edge of the table on each side and gently ease it up and off, a little at a time, raising first one side and then the other.
Alternatively, you can make it a slightly looser fit by printing the table fractionally larger or by sanding the sides of the clip, to increase the gap between the two surfaces.
Some Dremel bits will fit neatly through the hole in the forward mount, so you can install them before putting the Dremel into the clamps and remove them by reversing that action. Accessories that do not fit through that hole can be mounted by passing the bit into the Dremel, with the "business end" of the accessory in the gap of the table and the Dremel not yet clamped.
The largest diameter Dremel accessory that I have are 32mm diameter cutting wheels. This table is designed to work with accessories up to a max of approximately 34mm in diameter.
