A lightweight circular wire rack to lift ferments (like tempeh moulds) from the bottom of the instant pot.
The metal one left rust spots and didn't lift it enough from the water bath, so I made my own.
Print in something heat resistant, as it touches the bottom of the pot and will get some direct heat transfer.
The instant pot's yoghurt setting, set to a slightly lower temperature (28C / 82F), makes a good incubator for tempeh.
