Hanging Lamp Version 3

The hanging lamp can be attached to a carabiner and hung as a decoration in a garden or at a campsite, or used as a night-light in a room. Given how easily one part can be swapped for another, I think this lamp deserves to be called modular.

Each set of parts has its own number. Below are the features, functions, and purposes they were designed for:

M1 - A classic configuration, so to speak. This is the shape I envisioned from the very beginning.

M2 - A more squared-off design intended to make printing as easy as possible, reduce the need for supports, and create an almost perfect cube with a lamp inside.

These are all the models for now. If you have any ideas for what else could be added, leave them in the comments. I read every single one.

Assembly

To assemble it, insert the side panels into the corresponding slots in the lamp base. Don’t be afraid to use a little force; sometimes it’s needed to secure the panels properly. Then cut pieces of a paper clip between 7 and 10 millimeters long and insert them into the corresponding holes in the bottom and the lid. Attach the door, then close the lamp from the top with the top piece, once again using your mighty muscles. That’s it, the lamp is assembled!

In older versions of this lamp, frequently opening the structure was not possible and could lead to further malfunctions. However, with the addition of the door, this is no longer a problem. I also like walls because they don’t wobble and stay firmly and securely in place. However, if you’re having trouble placing them, I’d suggest reducing their size by one percent. This should increase the gaps between them and make it easier to position them correctly.

This is the final version of the lamp. I’m happy with how it turned out, but if you have any ideas for improving the design, or if you would like to see more patterns on the walls, please let me know in the comments. I’ll be glad to receive your feedback and to know that my efforts are useful to someone.
