Rubber Duck with Tonie insert holder 🦆
I really liked MaoHa’s Rubber Duck and wanted to turn it into a custom Tonie for our Toniebox.
For this remix, I added an internal holder for a Tonie insert while keeping the original design of the duck unchanged.
The holder starts slightly above the first layer. This makes it possible to place the Tonie insert into the model during the print. The following layers enclose the insert, so it stays securely inside the finished duck and cannot fall out.
Printing
This model requires the Tonie insert to be added during the print. Pause the print at the appropriate layer, place the insert into the prepared holder, and then resume printing.
Make sure the insert is sitting correctly before continuing the print and keep it clear of the nozzle and other moving printer parts.

This remix only adds the internal holder for the Tonie insert. The design and shape of the duck are MaoHa’s original work.
