The Velbon Ultra LUXi L III tripod uses Velbon’s QB-62 quick-release plate, paired with the Velbon QHD-53D ball head.
The Capture Clip plate uses Peak Design's own proprietary mounting plate.
This mashup plate makes it possible to use both mounting systems without having to switch between plates.
This prints quickly, recommended to print in PETG, on an angle so it's nice and strong. I've used this for a few months now on 2 DSLRs, no issues so far. A metal version would obviously be amazing.
Once printed, the orientation of the printed piece works best with the anchor pointed towards the back right corner of the camera (where your right palm typically rests). I use this with the Clutch hand strap and Capture Clip by Peak Design.

The screw from your Capture Clip plate
The Anchor from your Capture Clip plate
This happens to work perfectly as the Capture Clip holds the plate on the left and right sides, and the Velbon holds the front and back of the plate. Imagine the A&B idea shown here:
