Assembly: All you need is the two models and a small piece of filament. The top piece needs a small amount of supports.
Align the box parts
Put the filament through the hole
(Optional) Burn the edges of the filament so that it stays in
EFFECT:
A empty box is shown to the spectators. The magician shows his free hand empty. Then, with one quick swish of the hand, the box becomes full of pennies!
METHOD:
Place some pennies in the secret compartment.
Hold the box in your left hand as shown in the picture, making sure to keep your index finger covering the hinge.
Show your empty right hand to the spectators
As you quickly lift up the false bottom with your ring finger, wave your right hand over the top of the box to cover the movement and make the coins magically come back. Make sure the hinge stays covered up the whole time.
Dump the coins into your right hand to show them off. Again, make sure the hinge stays covered up. As you do this, casually show the bottom of the box so that the spectators will have no suspicion that there was ever something back there. You must be a magician!
