Centauri Carbon Canvas Compact - the compact Canvas riser solution we all wished for

The Centauri Carbon Canvas Compact (CCCC) is by far THE MOST COMPACT SOLUTION FOR CANVAS.

It has a number of key features:

• Adds only 7 cm / 3 inches in height

• Includes lighting

• Replicates the CC top surface, allowing other items (e.g. vented risers or spool holders) to be stacked on top.

• (Could include venting, but that will be in a future version)

• Condenses the spool spacing to align with front and back, minimising space needed and just looking neater

• Does not impact reliability or everyday use

• Does not adversely impact operation, maintenance or troubleshooting

• Requires minimal bought parts (only PTFE tube and optional LED strip)

• Assembles without difficulty – no extra fixings needed

• Makes 4 into 1 access easier (to resolve filament jams etc)

• Looks cool, especially when lit

For more info, look at the pictures or read the notes in the PDF.
(PS- the photos are obviously of a prototype version. I'll upload a nicer 'make', including with the tubes trimmed to size, once I've made a few more tweaks.)

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS THE INITIAL ‘ALPHA’ RELEASE, so while it is absolutely ready for use, there are some small details which may need improving and you might want to wait for a later version if you don't want to waste time or filament making it twice. See the notes for details.

I hope you like it.
