This is my first custom 3" FPV drone called the Nano Reaper. Its features a pretty easy to print and has a pretty compact frame designed around the Flywoo GOKU GN405 Nano HD 35A stack. The frame features M2 heat inserts and cable routing to each 1106 6500KV motor.

Hardware
Frame uses mostly M2x5mm screws and brass heat inserts, The Flywoo uses the screws it came with but extend a little far so slightly shorter ones would be idea (~15mm)
Designed with FDM printing in mind.
I have printed in ABS and ASA but Nylon or something strong would be better suited.
If you have troubles feeding the wires down the arms, its best to first feed something in first to snake it through. I just used a thin wire, taped the motors wires to it and pulled through.
Also, I would not recommend supports inside the arms as it will make things way more difficult.
I have included all the STL files and also the STEP files to modify as needed.
This design is still a work in progress and just made to have some fun with.
