I made this to organise my soldering tips and stop them falling out of the case. It holds 3x C245 tips and 2x C210 tips, and fits the HGRLC RC1 C210 soldering iron case with enough room to spare for a vial, in which the C210 tips are packaged. The leftmost slot can take tips up to 7 mm in diameter (HZY C245-766 in my case); the rest should fit all standard ones.
To remove the tip, press down on it in the cut-out area and it should pop out.
It can be printed in any material, but more temperature-resistant ones are recommended. No assembly is needed. Happy printing!
