This stand should fit any regular safety razor, as the inner diameter is 14mm wide. You can scale it up if you need to though.
I recommend adding small rubber feet to the bottom. I placed three little dots there as markers.
Print it as heavy as you wish, it doesn't matter for the integrity of the stand. However, a little bit of heft does make the stand feel more solid :^)
