Of course the cheap generic deburring tool I got quickly broke, and for some reason none of the ones I could find to download properly fit those generic blades; they all end up with way too much stickout.
So of course I designed my own! (as if there weren't enough deburring tools on here already...)
My version is a little different than the other type I liked in that the sleeve for grabbing onto the groove in the blade is integrated into the screw-on cap, which so far works well because it flexes more easily but might prove a little fragile in the long run because it requires the plastic to be fairly thin.

Both parts can be printed without supports upright with a brim, but you definitely need PETG for its flex and layer adhesion - the screw cap would best be printed from a stiff TPU, even, I think. I treated the flat surfaces of the handle to some fuzzy skin to make it a bit nicer since I didn't feel like going all out on a fancy screwdriver handle-type design.
Oh, and your printer needs to be sufficiently well tuned to handle 0.1mm clearances. I had to file my threads to make them fit because the original design was too optimistic for even my machine, so I changed that before uploading, but the rest is still a snug fit.
