I had success printing it on a FDM printer with the Fine 0.12 mm preset in ElegooSlicer (OrcaSlicer), using PETG, automatic tree supports, and a 0.4 mm nozzle. Use a smaller nozzle if you can. Resin printer might produce better results printing Lego but I don't own one.
After several attempts at printing the sword, I recommend printing it vertically with automatic tree supports and PETG. With PETG, it should be less likely to break when bent.
