I made a model copy of the protective abutment cover supplied with my Cochlear BAHA 7 sound processor. Modeled in Fusion with measurments as close as I could measure of the original.
Printed on Prusa Core One+ with PLA at 100% infill, no supports, on the outer face. 0.15mm structural with the standard 0.4mm nozzle.
Printing individually may give better results and only takes 2 minutes.
Slightly less rounded on the outer egde than the original for easier printing.
If the cap is too tight print at 101 or 102% scale.
