Ploopy Nano 2 Big Button BTU mod of the original Nano 2 case.
Top and bottom shell modified to accommodate Bosch Rexroth R053010810 BTUs and larger button.
The BTU placement has been designed for a 40mm ball, but it works with the stock 38.1mm / 1.5 inch ball as well.
I enlarged the button to enable easier access for the thumb, as I use it as a regular mouse button. The edges of the button may not work as well as the areas closer to the centre, depending on your print and especially how the button sits in the pocket. You may experiment with putting some material in the pocket to get the best "feel" when clicking the button, but as printed it works pretty well for me.
Adapter for VCN310/VCN311 BTUs included.
You will likely need to add supports to the underside of the top shell where the button pocket is. There are two models, the one with "torus" has a protrusion from the ceiling of the button pocket that goes around the button, which may make it easier for you to add supports outside of the button area so that residual material from the support joint does not affect the button action. No other areas need support.
