This is an additional piece which can be screwed in from the top of the portable urinal to provide a proper run-through tube which better seals it against leakage of fluids while using PET bottles as containment.
If you printed the original portable urinal, you might have had issues with the sealing of the connection between urinal and bottle. This is because PET bottles with connector PCO1810 and PCO1881 do have so called "venting gaps" which in conjunction with the urinal will leak fluids instead of containing them in the bottle.
To fix an already printed urinal, you can print this screw-in-patch piece which can be easily screwed in from the top of the urinal. If you want to permanently seal it, put some glue on the piece before screwing it in. This will make the urinal absolutely water tight.
Use a tool like some pliers to screw it in carefully from the top. Do not apply force because the plastic does not like force and it might damage the thread of either the screw-in-patch or the urinal.
