When rowing from an adaptive, seated position (e.g., in a wheelchair) this brings the handle rest closer.

Concept2 RowErg handle rest extension
A pivoting handle holder designed to bring the parked rowing handle closer to the adaptive athlete when the rower is split for seated use. The base fits over the rower's existing handle clip and is secured with a hook-and-loop strap. An interchangeable wedge limits the arm's forward and backward travel. I used Arnaud's handle clip model (https://www.printables.com/model/1089334-handle-support-for-concept-2-rower) behind the catch arms to hold onto the handle.
With the handle seated in the catch, the rower's return tension raises the rocker arm. When the handle is removed and that tension no longer acts on the arm, the arm can drop out of the way. This design is intended to make handle retrieval easier for adaptive athletes and others who find the standard resting position difficult to reach.

What is included
I have added files for:
- The base length (~216 mm long)
- The plus 25 millimeter rocker arm, which is what I personally use (around 235mm long)
- The plus 50 millimeter rocker arm, which is around 252mm long
Each file includes a plate of the wedges that control the movement of the arm, the base plate that attaches to the rower, and the joint pin. To fully assemble, you will need a strap to strap the base to the rower, and a cotter pin to insert into the joint pin to hold it into place.
There is an additional file for a fixed attachment, which works in concert with the flat wedge to move the handle clip closer to the user when using the complete rower, but the user has mobility issues.

The two masts support the pivot pin and rocker arm.

Short, fixed arm.
Parking and retrieving the handle
Guide the handle toward the front of the rower under control, then bring it back into the rear, user-facing side of the catch. Seat it against the integrated shelf and catch towers. The rower's return tension should raise the arm into its handle-access position. Remove the handle from the catch to row; the unloaded arm should lower within the wedge's permitted range.
Print settings
I've included projects each with 0.4 mm and 0.6 mm nozzles. All use gyroid infill. Manual supports are drawn onto the arm. For PLA, I recommend five walls, 2 walls for the wedges and 6 for the pin. I use PCTG in the bluish translucent model. So far, it's been taking all the abuse.
