I made this simple model using Blender, to test the Z contouring and variable layer height options in Orca slicer 2.4.2.
For the photographed print I set both options on, with the default settings. It turned out OK.
Other settings are, 0.2 mm layer height, 2 walls, 5 top and bottom surfaces, 5% infill. No support needed.
It needed around 70 grams of PLA, and took about two hours on a BBL A1.
