Sanding blocks for common 25 mm cloth-backed sandpaper. It uses an eccentric clamping mechanism operated by a lever. The first half of the lever movement clamps one end of the sandpaper, making it easy to insert the other end and apply some tension before snapping the second side shut.
Assembly only requires a 5 × 20 mm pin—no bearings or other hardware.
The tolerances are fairly tight, so depending on your printer, the lever hole may need to be drilled or reamed slightly.
PC is recommended, although the blocks also worked perfectly fine with PLA+ during testing.
