The clip fits snugly on the width of a black top corny keg. It has some flexure, choose your material knowing it has to flex on and off the keg. I tend to make my prints beefy for durability in these cases. But just about any material should work, my PLA mockup with minimum perimeters would likely have a decent life, but on the off chance I leave it in a car in the summer, went with PETG, PA would also be a good choice.
