After building my drone, the stack screws were above flush on both ends. This battery pad is designed to prevent damage to the battery during "high speed landings" of random orientation. If printed out of TPU, it should also reduce slipping. (I used Elegoo's 95A TPU)
It can be scaled in the slicer to be different in thickness or length, but the CAD file is attached is something else needs to be changed. A half thickness pad gcode is attached as well.
