I designed this mount to neatly install three Enphase CT clamps on a standard DIN rail inside the fuse box.
Without a dedicated mount, CTs often end up hanging from the conductors or lying loose inside the cabinet. This holder keeps all three CTs securely together in a fixed and organized position, while still allowing the conductors to pass freely through the CT openings.
Both the conductors and the CT wires can be secured to the mount using 2.5 mm cable ties. This provides strain relief and helps prevent unnecessary mechanical stress on the CTs and their wiring. The cable tie openings are curved to make inserting and positioning the ties easier.
The mount clips directly onto a standard 35 mm DIN rail and provides dedicated positions for three CTs, making it particularly suitable for three-phase installations.
For parts installed inside a fuse box or electrical distribution cabinet, I recommend using a suitable flame-retardant filament to improve fire safety.
Printing instructions
I added a T shape support under the dinrail side of the base (only a 1 or 2 cm wide) so that it is easy to remove, but provides sufficient support for the bridges during print.
