Magic box
This box creates an optical illusion when a pen is passed through the middle hole. You would expect to see the pen through the side opening, but an arrangement of mirrors inside allows you to see through the box without seeing the pen.
Working principle
8 mirrors correctly arranged in a box alter the path of light, allowing you to see through the box while hiding the central part (see the picture below).

(I made a 3D files available for the Amazon mirror tiles, but I haven't tested it since I did not have these mirror tiles, any feedback would be appreciated so I can update the model)
If you find other mirrors tiles dimensions do not hesitate to modify the step files or ask me to upload an updated model for a specific mirror tile size.
I made the F360 model available and the mirror size are in the parameters.
If you update the mirror tile size in the parameters, the box shape will be automatically adjusted.
You may encounter issue with the wand and the stars on the cover, but these are only cosmetic.
Assembly
Glue the 8 mirror tiles inside the 3D printed Magic-box, be careful to not put glue on the mirror reflecting side. The mirror must be ultra clean otherwise the illusion loose in realism.
Modify parameters in Fusion 360
Open de F360 file of the magic-box, then go to "Modify" and "Change Parameters"
Adjust the parameters to the desired mirror dimensions.
