I designed this box specifically for the flash cards from the All About Reading (AAR) homeschool curriculum. Interior dimensions are 115mm wide by 75mm tall with a few different depth options listed below based on the amount of cards being stored. Not designed for standard index or 3x5 cards, those would need some widening to fit properly as I believe they are about 127mm wide.
The card amount varies by AAR level, so here are the tailored depth sizes we went with:
- Level 1 = 70mm
- Level 2 = 100mm
- Level 3 = 110mm
- Level 4 = 120mm
Text can be added to the name plate in your slicer before printing.
Two M2.5 screws will be needed for the hinge, at least 12mm long but up to 20mm or 25mm will work.
