All boxes share the same interlocking system, so you can mix and match freely — a wall of minis next to a couple of tall drawers, whatever your stuff needs.
🎯 Custom inserts — already made, more on request
Each box can carry a custom insert to hold its contents in place — think caliber trays for ammo, or dividers and grids for screws, batteries, bits and beyond. I've already modeled a few (like .22LR and 9mm) and I keep adding to the set.
Need an insert that isn't here yet — a caliber, a battery size, a specific screw tray? Drop it in the comments and I'll model it and share it. Tell me the box size + what you want to store, and it goes on the list.
🧵 Print settings (why the .3MF is set up this way)
The included .3MF is dialed in and ready to slice — this took a lot of test prints to get right, so you don't have to:
Model in PLA (printed here in PLA Matte) — clean finish, tight tolerances.
Box support in PETG — I deliberately print the drawer's support in PETG because it pops off far cleaner than PLA-on-PLA. No fused, torn supports, no fighting the drawer free. This is the single trick that makes the sliding fit feel right.
Bambu Lab P1S + AMS, 0.4 nozzle, 0.2 mm layers, 2 walls, 15% grid infill, tree supports.
No AMS / single-color printer? You can still print everything in one material — you'll just spend a bit more time cleaning the drawer support.
