UPDATE 2023:
V2 model includes hook which removes stress on the velcro glue. You can slide the holder from the side.

Printed from PETG - 0.2mm - 15-20% grid infill.
I attached the holder under the dash next to the drivers door hinges. It does not obstruct my legs movements. It is easy to access and does not occupy other storage locations from bulky adapter.
For attachment I used good quality Velcro tape and cleaned the surfaces with 99% IPA before applying.
For added strength as Velcro glue does not stick to PETG very well there are 8 holes through which I sewed thick thread to reinforce the Velcro to the holder. Couple thousand kilometers so far without any issues.
