How to Assemble...

1 - Motor & Impeller Installation: Mount the custom 30mm 7-blade impeller onto the shaft of the Emax 1404 BLDC motor. Secure the motor inside the cylindrical wind tube using four mounting screws. Route the three motor phase wires through the dedicated wire-routing hole at the bottom of the cylinder so they enter the main handle compartment cleanly.

2 - Electronics & Battery Wiring: Assemble the four 18650 Li-ion cells into a 4S configuration and wire them to the 4S 30A BMS. Following the point-to-point schematic, wire in the Type-C charging module, the SimonK 30A ESC, and the Digispark ATtiny85 microcontroller.

3- Interface Mounting: Press the 10k potentiometer and power switch into their respective fitted grooves on the enclosure cover. Align the Type-C charging module perfectly flush with its exterior cutout and secure it to the inner cover using strong double-sided tape.

4 - Final Packing & Testing: Carefully insert the fully wired battery pack, ESC, and microcontroller bundle into the ergonomic handle cavity, ensuring no wires are pinched or stretched. Power the unit on for a live test run to verify the throttle control works and the impeller spins without friction.

5 -Sealing the Enclosure: Once operation is fully verified, apply a thin layer of cyanoacrylate (super glue) around the mating edges of the cover and press it firmly onto the main body housing to permanently seal the unit.
