A 3D-printable, modular push button assembly designed for custom DIY electronics and microcontroller projects (such as Arduino, ESP32, or Raspberry Pi).
🛠 Components
The model consists of 3 interlocking parts:

  1. Button Cap: Ergonomically rounded top dome with a square base for a smooth press action.

  2. Button Base: Bottom slider component designed to hold the assembly together.

  3. Outer Housing: Durable socket with a top guide hole and a side cutout for easy wiring or connector placement.

🖨 Recommended Print Settings

  • Material: PLA or PETG

  • Layer Height: 0.2 mm (0.12–0.16 mm for a smoother dome surface)

  • Infill: 15% – 20%

  • Walls / Perimeters: 2 – 3

  • Supports: Minimal / Optional (depending on bridging over the side cutout)
