I call it Slacker not that it makes the chain slack but measure. I saw the commercial ones but it's really a simple thing to design. I searched couple of things here in there and I found properly working one from nouc, which works great by the way you can give it a shoot as well. You can can access how to use it on nouc video on his page.
I needed a more rigid one, so I designed one from scratch. I follow Voron print settings; all 40% infill, 4 walls and all with PLA but ASA would be a better option.
