This is an adapter to make small filament spools fit the Prusa Mini filament holder. I made this for a small Sainsmart TPU roll that did not work well with the holder.
Assembly
You need an empty Prusament spool to reuse.
Remove the paper core of the Prusament spool, assemble the sides and your small spool using this adapter model.
The model consists of a threaded center rod and a tightening nut.
My TPU spool became exactly the width of a Prusament 1kg spool which was very convenient.
Printing Tips
The models are oriented ready to slice. No supports needed.
The screw threads have overhangs, so use 0.2mm layer height or less. I used Variable layer height to save print time.
