It’s a compact, fully mechanical tabletop vending machine designed to dispense one Pokémon card per quarter. The machine holds a stack of standard trading cards—either raw or in penny sleeves—inside a protected, visible magazine so customers can see the cards without being able to reach or remove them.
A user inserts a standard U.S. quarter, which mechanically unlocks the dispensing knob. Turning the knob through one complete rotation activates an internal cam-and-pusher mechanism that separates the bottom card from the stack and slides exactly one card through the retrieval opening. After the cycle, the mechanism locks again until another quarter is inserted. The quarter drops into a removable internal coin box.
The machine is designed specifically for 3D printing, with a lightweight modular construction to minimize filament use. It has a refillable card compartment, removable coin box, interchangeable gates for raw versus penny-sleeved cards, and service access for the internal mechanism.
Visually, it's essentially a miniature old-school vending machine for Pokémon cards—you can see the cards, put in a quarter, turn the big knob, and a mystery card comes out the bottom.
