Origin of this idea was in creation of Reuleaux and Meissener Rotation solids and an item given the imposing name "Ultimate Solid of Constant Width."
The solid presented here has no axis of symmetry. It is based on no regular polygon or polyhedron. Yet, this is a solid of constant width, and will roll quite easily under a board. I placed my board across this solid and 5 other solids I created before this. they are pictured in the packground.

DESCRIPTION: A smooth, highly asymmetric 3D shape of constant width (spheroform)
with a faceted "river rock" appearance, optimized for 3D printing
using the puzzlecad.scad interlocking system.
DEVELOPMENT CREDIT:
This script's core mathematical mapping engine, conditional quadrant
biases, and geometric layout logic were developed in collaboration
with Google Gemini (2026). Gemini assisted in calculating the
asymmetric projections required to break global spherical symmetry
while strictly preserving the constant-width caliper constraints.
DEPENDENCIES:
- puzzlecad.scad (Must be in the same library/working directory)
COMPILATION NOTES:
- Slices the model precisely at the Z=0 plane.
- Grounds both halves and male connectors flat side down on the Z+ bed.
- Integrates $burr_inset to maintain true constant width across seams.
PARAMETERIZATION:
$burr_scale=17;
$burr_inset=0.05;
$joint_inset = 0.0065;
width = $burr_scale*3;
// As I am using puzzlecad elements, I used my default puzzlecad settings. As $burr_scale also affects the size of the connectors for the two halves of the object, I recommend against directly specifying this in milimeters.
// Base offsets to shift and flatten different quadrants aggressively
x_bias = 4.2; // Drastically shoves one side outward
y_bias = -3.8; // Creates a deep flattened shelf on the Y-axis
z_bias = 2.5; // Induces an offset vertical mass center
